KEY FACTS

Important: A booking can only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid (or the full amount if within twelve weeks of arrival).

Deposit
40% of rental cost is due at the time of booking.

Balance
The balance must be paid not less than five weeks prior to your arrival at the property. Bookings taken within twelve weeks of your arrival at the property must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking the party leader must do so immediately in writing or by email to the owner (or their representative) and Select Villas. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 22 days before arrival: 25% of the total cost of your stay will be withheld.
15 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of your stay will be withheld.
Less than 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the cost of the reservation will be withheld.
No show: 100% of the cost of the reservation will be withheld.
No refunds will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

FULL BOOKING CONDITIONS

1 Prices
1.1 We will not be held responsible for printing errors or omissions in our prices. Oasis Les Jardins reserves the right to modify prices due to changes in tax legislation or to changes in the economy. The villa rental prices include; electricity and water.

1.2 Amendment fees
Amendments concerning reservations will incur a 45€ fee.

1.3 Additional Charges

1.3.1 Compulsory supplements
End of stay cleaning.
Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels.
Booking fee.
Holiday tax (taxe de sejour).

1.3.2 Optional prebookable extras
Mid stay towel change.
Mid stay bed linen change.
Mid stay bed linen change with beds made up.
High chair, cot, playpen.
Pets, normally one pet per property however two may be considered.
Requesting a specific villa (if available).
Pool heating is available in April at a supplement (subject to weather conditions).

1.3.3 Holiday tax
According to French law, holidaymakers over 17 years of age are required to pay a tourist tax (from April to October) to the municipality via our company.

2. Booking requests
Your rental proposal will be sent to you by email.

3. Payment
After making your reservation, a 40% of the rental cost is required. Once your deposit received, your booking will be confirmed. The balance must be paid no later than five weeks before your arrival. If you book within twelve weeks of your stay, full payment of the rental is required.

4. Accommodation capacity
At the time of booking, it is imperative that the client states the exact number of adults and children under 12 years who will be staying in the villa. If the number of people exceeds the capacity of the villa
stipulated in the description or in the rental contract, we reserve the right to break the rental contract, refuse the additional people or to claim a fixed sum per person and per week.

5. Security Deposit
Upon your arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit (credit card only).
Following your departure, the security deposit will be refunded within 1 month (less any costs incurred relating to the villa, such as damaged inventory). If the deposit is paid in cash, it will then be refunded on the day of departure.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. The amount withheld depends on the date of cancellation (postmark date or date email received).

6.1 Cancellation due to government public health measures
In the event of cancellation by the guests, full payment of the rent remains due.
All natural risks or epidemics preventing or prohibiting access to the property are part of the travel risks and cannot be considered as cases of force majeure to cancel the reservation free of charge. It is therefore highly recommended for guests to take out travel insurance that will cover you and your party for any losses, costs or expenses (including medical expenses), pre-existing medical conditions, missed or disrupted travel arrangements, loss of baggage and money and other expenses, additional accommodation or travel expenses.
It is your responsibility to check that your insurance provides you with adequate cover and we recommend that that at the very least your insurance covers cancellation by you, the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness. You will need to make sure that such insurance covers you for access to health services not covered by a valid GHIC or EHIC if you have one.
If you have any questions in relation to this, these should be raised with your travel insurance provider.

7. Pets
One domestic animal is accepted per villa provided that they do not disturb the neighbours. The presence of the animal must be stipulated at the time of booking and will be billed accordingly. Dogs must be on a lead when on the park.

8. Arrival/Departure
During the high season the rental period is on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday.
On the day of your arrival you may take possession of your villa from 5pm onwards and before 10am on the day of departure.

9. Complaints
All complaints should be reported within 48 hours of arrival to reception so that the problem may be resolved as quickly as possible. Failing to report a problem will invalidate any complaints.

10. Responsibility
Oasis Les Jardins is not responsible for:
– Damage or injuries occurred while in the park, whatever the reason.
– Information provided orally or by telephone.
– Problems with and/or the non-working of equipment and/or fittings.
All clients must take out travel insurance including public liability which covers the party for any damage to the property.
The client is wholly responsible for fulfilling of all his/her obligations in relation to the reservation, both for him/herself and any other person registered and/or visitors for the duration of the stay.
The guest will take full responsibility for all accidents caused in the park by him/herself, or by any other occupants of the villa.
Moreover, the client is equally responsible regarding the swimming pool use, all risks pertaining.
The guest will be held responsible for eventual damages and breakages to the equipment and furnishings in the villa during their stay. The costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
