Villa with superb sea views and beach access via a gate at the end of the garden, 15 minutes’ drive from the resort and ferry port of Roscoff.

Book now Ask a question Read reviews

This large villa is set in an exceptional location facing a 3km long sandy beach which can be accessed via a gate at the end of the garden. At high tide the sea is just 40m from the house and at low tide at about 400m. The beach itself is separated into two parts - one for swimmers and the other for sporting activities.
The house is very spacious with a large conservatory overlooking the garden, surrounding fields and sea. The first floor living room with its full-length picture windows offer panoramic sea views with Sieck Island in the distance. Depending on the time of day and the changing tides the view from the house is really incredible!
The property offers a large garden to the front with decked area off the conservatory, perfect for sunbathing as it is not overlooked.
There is also a horse box, tack room and meadow with electrified perimeter. So if you are a horse lover then this property maybe just what you are looking for.
If you want to explore and discover more beautiful beaches, there are many within just a short drive. There are also numerous opportunities to try various water sports including windsurfing, bodysurfing, stand-up paddle and kayaking nearby.
Roscoff, just 15 minutes’ drive way, is more than just a ferry port (sailings to and from Plymouth). Attractive 16th century granite buildings nestle against the coastline, the streets filled with restaurants, bars, charming little art galleries and gift shops. Across a narrow stretch of water from the quaint harbour is the tiny Ile de Batz, a beautiful island well worth a visit. Roscoff is also home to La Maison des Johnnies et de l'Oignon de Roscoff, a 'Museum of the Onion Johnnies', the well-known onion merchants who arrived in Britain on their bicycles selling onions door-to-door who made famous the caricature image of the Frenchman in a beret on a bike laden with onions.
No smoking in the villa.
