Holiday villa with private pool, south-facing terrace and enclosed garden surrounded by countryside 5km from the medieval town of Les Arcs and 32km from the coast.

With a south facing outlook and lovely surroundings this traditional Provencal villa is ideal for relaxing by the pool, sitting in the pagoda sipping a glass of rosé or sunbathing on either of the sun terraces.
The grounds of Villa La Nouradone are large and landscaped and the pool area spacious. Here you can enjoy swimming a few lengths in the morning, sunbathing on one of the sun loungers or have a game of table tennis.
This holiday home is set within typical Provencal landscape of olive groves, vineyards and woodlands. Although there are some houses dotted around the surrounding countryside it is not overlooked.
Villa La Nouradone is a great base to discover the French Riviera, visit local towns and villages as well as the many local vineyards.
The property is only 5km from the Les Arcs which has an attractive medieval centre with narrow cobbled streets and old buildings as well as shops, bars and restaurants.
In addition, the town lies at the heart Cotes de Provence wine region. The nearest vineyard to the house is Domaine des Clarettes (3.5km) where you can sample and enjoy some of the award-winning wines.
Villa La Nouradone is just 32km from the Mediterranean beaches of Frejus, St Raphael and the famous St Tropez Bay.
Meanwhile the seaside resorts of Nice, Antibes and Cannes can be reached in an hour (the motorway is conveniently just 10 minutes’ drive away) and the dramatic Gorges du Verdon is an hour’s drive inland.
Not to mention nearby town of Draguignan (8km) which has shopping, markets and museums to visit.

Kitchen Ground floor kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, gas hobs, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen opens onto a small dining area for six people which in turns opens onto the main dining area and living room.

Medieval Provencal village with great views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards. Small but pretty waterfall at Sauve Clare, 2km from the village.
Draguignan (8km)
Nearest big market town with lots of opportunities for shopping, enjoying local markets and visiting museums.
Lorgues (10km)
Pleasant little town with old streets, squares, old fountains, a great unmissable market on Tuesday and several restaurants.
Frejus, Saint-Raphael (32km)
Frejus is an ancient port and Roman town with a rich historical and architectural heritage. You will find some superb Roman remains including a Roman theatre still used for various summer events and one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times.
Salernes (22km)
Small medieval and artistic town set in the Bresque valley. Known worldwide for its red hexagonal tiles made of terracotta which come from the rich red iron filled soil of the region.
Sainte Maxime (34km)
Located on Saint Tropez Bay and sheltered from the wind by the Maures mountains, Sainte Maxime is a very popular destination thanks to its wonderful weather and natural beauty. Take a stroll through the lively pedestrian streets of the old town right up to the pier overlooking the Gulf of Sainte Maxime. There is a choice of lovely beaches nearby such as the long and wide La Croisette sandy beach, or for the best beaches go to La Nartelle. There are also private beaches with restaurants available.
St Cassien Lake (41km)
A superb lake ideal for water sports lovers including windsurfing, boating, fishing, swimming, pedalos for hire and lots more activities on site. There are also numerous walking trails around, spots suitable for picnicking, cafes and horse riding. Bordering the western part of the lake is the Fondurane reserve, a protected site with a multitude of birds and a paradise for fauna and flora. Waymarked walks allow you to discover, safely and in peace, the animal and plant species of the site.
Gorges du Verdon (50km)
The unique and spectacular Gorges du Verdon with its lakes, Sainte Croix being the best known. Other lakes include the lake of Esparron, a superb lake considered by many as the Perle du Verdon. This is a stunning lake of clear, aqua-marine water for amazing swims and a great place to have picnics by. Lots of water sports available from sailing, windsurfing but also pedalos (including pedalos with slides, a great hit with children!) to the self-drive electric boats or the guided tour of the lake in a tourist boat. Other lakes include the lake of Quinson, the lake of Artignosc and the lake of Castillon also with water sport and various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, abseiling and white-water rafting, or simply enjoy the outstanding scenery.

Frejus Zoo (30km). In the foothills of the Esterel mountains, the animal reserve of Frejus Zoo covers 20 hectares. There are elephants, zebra, primates, pink flamingoes, wildcats and many more.
St Endréol Golf (16km). 18-hole golf course. Within the Domain you can also enjoy other activities such as tennis, walking and relaxation.
