“We had a wonderful week here. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished and the view was simply captivating. We particularly loved the changing colours on the mountains during sunset. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking on a large scale and the beds were extremely comfortable which was a major bonus. We spent the week pottering around the many smaller villages and towns close by, and visiting markets in Gordes and Bonnieux and the boys made an excursion to Marseille to watch the football! We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return one day.”

“Exceptional house in an exceptional setting! The house is ideally located, away from the tourist crowds with magnificent hikes nearby but close enough to Apt for basic needs. The house is as pleasant indoors in bad weather as it is outdoors the rest of the time. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was available before the stay to advise us on all logistical aspects.”

“Everything went well, the house is beautiful and really pleasant. Tessa the key holder is very nice and always available. The kids enjoyed the garden and played a lot of ping-pong! We were delighted! The only “negative” point is that we were not able to fully enjoy the pool because of wasps It was too dangerous for the kids. We could only swim late in the late afternoon when the pool was no longer in the sun because that is when the wasps left. Tessa brought us some wasp repellent but it didn’t prove effective unfortunately (I think we should have put more). Tessa told us that this year there were lots of wasps. A little idea for improvement: it would be great if the garden next to the pool had lights on at night and even the pool. It would allow clients to enjoy this side of the garden in the evening! Another small thing may be to review: the shower head in the bathroom of the parental suite on the ground floor. It is not pleasant to shower with because the jet is very thin, it must be strong enough to really rinse and when you do it is too powerful. If the shower head was changed the issue would be avoided. These are our little comments! All that said we had a really nice holiday.”

“Wonderful property in a beautiful area! We stayed in the house for a week, a family of 11, while traveling throughout the Provence region. The great location near Apt allowed us to enjoy the town’s wide range of shops and food options, especially the Saturday morning market. A five minute drive from the villa. Many other beautiful villages and vineyards are short drives away.
The large kitchen and big family table allowed us to cook large meals for the whole family and sit together for dinners, after which we enjoyed sitting in the cosy living room, filled with fun toys for children, and lighting up the fireplace.
We came in September so it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool, but that didn’t stop the children from jumping in several times.
Two of the five bedrooms were perfect for couples as they had couple sized beds, In the other rooms we just connected the two single beds for the couples who stayed in them. We especially enjoyed the bath in the master bedroom.
Highly recommended for families and groups who want to enjoy the peace and quite of the region, with many fun things to do and see nearby.”

”This is a lovely property with great views in a beautiful area. Confusingly, the property is not very close to the pretty village of Saignon which is about 7 mins drive away, but is in fact closer to Apt. Situated high on a ridge it has the benefit of whatever cooling breeze is available in the very hot 35 degree plus weather when we were there. The super pool and spacious garden with lots of shade is ideal for children and family games. The property is nicely furnished and very well equipped. The master bedroom suite is divine, the other bedrooms are smaller but perfectly adequate and the separation into two bedroom areas provides good privacy for two families. The house was a joy to stay in and a wonderful setting for an important family celebration.”
