“Fantastic villa! 5 star. From start to finish the villa was amazing including the staff and booking process. Villa was equipped with everything we needed, pool and hot tub were superb and the children spent many hours in them! Fantastic customer service from booking through to communications in general. Superb villa in a superb location.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa View (thank you for arranging such wonderful weather!). As before the service provided was excellent, including the wonderful Vanessa. Just a few little niggles:
1 Your final directions are too vague. Suggest ‘Go through the hamlet of Kergroes and continue for approximately 1 km. Then take the turning left to Plage de Trenez. A few metres after the second (saying last is confusing) speed ramp…
2 There seemed to be a small leak in the hot tub which we had to keep topping up. Vanessa is aware of this.
3 A number of the bedside lamps were not working.
Not major issues then and we might well be interested in visiting again next year. When would you start to take bookings?

“Having booked our villa just as the pandemic started, I would like to thank Christophe and the team at Select Villas for their splendid work in keeping us informed about the booking and subsequent rebooking twice, before we were able to enjoy our holiday this year. When we reached Villa View, a little later than expected, due to general immigration delays at Caen, we were able to enter the Villa to explore and start to unpack. Around 9pm we met Vanessa (the key holder) a very nice lady who showed us all the necessary technical things we needed to know. The Villa on arrival was clean and welcoming, and the children couldn’t wait till the morning to try out the pool. Our only downside was that the WI-Fi was very poor. After a conversation with Vanessa she arranged for engineers to come and try to fix it, however the fault lay outside the Villa and the road would have to be dug up. Evenings were spent playing cards, board games and conversation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Select Villas in the future.”

“We had an excellent holiday at Villa View which is very well located 300m from the beautiful (wild) beach of Trenez and from where walks of less than an hour by the sea lead to other magical places. (Ria de Brigneau, Kerfany beach). The villa is very well equipped for holiday purposes with its swimming pool and its games (table football, pool table, table tennis table) and is made for enjoying relaxing times. We were very well welcomed by Vanessa, who always made herself available. In addition, the villa is located 2km from the village of Kergroes (especially great for the bakery and the pizzeria La Veranda), and all the shops are accessible in Moëlan (less than 5km, market on Tuesdays, and artisanal butcher at the Proxi Market). In conclusion, Villa View is an ideal place for (large) family holidays.”

“Excellent holiday. The villa was fine, the sun shone every day, we felt very fortunate. The key holder was charming and very helpful. Restaurants Les Saveurs du Puits at Moelan and L’Auberge du Mer at Kerfany beach were both great and are to be recommended.”

“We had a fantastic stay in Villa View, we were very impressed by the fantastic facilities and it was perfect for the whole family! The house was well equipped, the location was beautiful and we felt very lucky to be so close to the coast. Communication was excellent both with yourselves and whilst away. One thing we raised with the hosts was the issue with the oven. On our last night we realised the hob had dropped in its fixing and was starting to catch fire which could have been dangerous had we not spotted it so quickly. Hopefully they were able to fix before the next guest’s arrival. We would certainly look to book through yourselves again in the future.”

“We had a lovely holiday and found the house served our needs perfectly. We loved the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that there were so many bathrooms and all the showers worked well! And the area was lovely. The keyholder was very nice and welcoming and flexible about allowing us to check out at the end 30 mins later. A couple of bits of feedback:
Would be very handy to have some basic information about restaurants nearby and opening and closing times/ market days etc e.g. we kept missing the bus café at the beach (arrived at 2pm for food to find just finished serving and went the next day to find it was closed that day….) and maybe some restaurant recommendations (at other places we’ve stayed there is a guest book and these provide great information and tips for things to do and places to go).
– the childrens play thing in the garden is looking a bit tired
– it would be great if the TV had Sky or some equivalent for the evenings or a range of DVDs to watch (other places we’ve stayed have had this – good for when young children wake up at 6am!)”

“Our holiday started with a very warm welcome and continued with a very well laid out house, well equipped – it lacks nothing, and finished in the hot tub by the pool. We enjoyed games of pool in the evening and for the braver a sauna after a tiring walk. There is a nice small beach nearby to watch the early spring sunsets before returning to sit in front of the fireplace. We recommend.”

“The villa was well presented and very clean. The pool, steam room & jacuzzi were all top notch and a full support was available from the very helpful on site agent (Vanessa) if required. The villa had every convenience & was situated less than 10mins walk from a super little beach with a cafe. It’s also within easy driving distance of the major attractions in Concarneau, Lorient & Vannes. The local Intermarche was also really well stocked and the staff were very helpful it’s also open on Sunday mornings! The villa exceeded our expectations & we had a great holiday”

“Family friendly property in a beautiful location. Two families combined to stay at this property. Perfectly set up property with enough space for everyone. Pool and games room were a great success for both adults and children alike. Rooms were comfortable with enough storage for clothing and shutters at each window. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped but would probably recommend taking any utensils that you prefer to cook with (they didn’t appear to have a pizza tray, baking trays or pizza cutter!) Overall this has been the ideal property for a family with mixed ages of children and we will be booking again.”
