“Didier who welcomed us to the villa was a superstar. Gave us the tour of the villa with an explanation on all of the key elements. Helped us with a problem with the pool cover on the 2nd day, Completely our stupid fault and rather embarrassing. The fact that we could get into the villa and leave later was a massive help to us and really appreciated. We had no internet for the week either, it wasn’t a massive problem and I am sure if I would’ve asked Didier he would’ve fixed it (probably did us a favour in making the kids talk and not glued to ipad’s). The villa was prefect for what we needed but this is because of the outside space is excellent, a fantastic pool and gardens for the kids to play, the outdoor kitchen was great but a proper BBQ would be nice, maybe a fridge in the pool house. The inside was perfectly fine, it’s clearly used as a residence for the owner so there is a lot of their stuff there which good and bad, good because of its well-equipped and bad because it feels like someone house. The only big drawback was the heat of the house, I appreciate that air conditioning is hugely expensive to install and run but some fans would be nice just to place in bedrooms at night time. I’m pretty sure that the week we had was unusually warm though as it pushed 38-39 degrees on the last few days.”

”We were very impressed with the property. It was spacious, well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. It was very hot upstairs on our arrival but we managed to keep the house cool after that using the shutters etc. The garden was just right, peaceful for most of the time with shady areas and the pool was clean. The car port is very helpful too.
The area is of course lovely. There is easy access to most places. The small communes and towns aren’t offering that much locally compared to some other parts of Provence but that said we were happy to self-cater anyway as it was very hot during our stay.
The key holder was there on arrival. We were late so we were grateful for his patience. We speak very little French so he used his phone to interpret what we needed to know. We weren’t sure of the arrangements for check out and leaving the key as these instructions seem to be missing from the documents (unless we overlooked it somewhere) and we ended up texting the keyholder that morning to say what time we were planning to leave. Our worry was that if we had left earlier then we’d have had to leave the house and gate insecure. We didn’t get a response to the text but he arrived 30 minutes before our departure time. It would be helpful to have that clarified for future guests.
We also thought it would be helpful to have a guest folder with local information eg emergency contacts and addresses for doctors, location of supermarkets etc.
Your own service has been friendly and efficient.”
