Booking conditions

KEY FACTS

Important: A booking can only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid (or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival).

Deposit
25% of rental cost is due at the time of booking.

Balance
The balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property. Bookings taken within 8 weeks of your arrival at the property must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking the party leader must do so immediately in writing or by email to the owner (or their representative) and Select Villas. Cancellation charges are as follows:

31 days or more before arrival: 25% cancellation charge.

30 days or less before arrival: 100% (full amount) cancellation charge.

FULL BOOKING CONDITIONS

The party leader must be 18 years or over when making a reservation and be authorised to make a reservation on the basis of the following booking conditions by all other members of the holiday party.

Under no circumstances should the maximum occupancy of the property be exceeded (14 including children) neither may people or pets other than those specified on the Booking Form occupy the property unless prior consent has been obtained.

Changes to the booking
Should some clients leave the property and new guests arrive, bed linen and towel change along with cleaning is chargeable to the clients and payable locally. The party leader must inform the owner or their representative of such changes prior to arrival as otherwise such changes will not be possible.

Holiday insurance
The party leader must have a personal insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

Payment
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure the property.
Balance: 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The same method of payment and currency will apply for both the booking deposit and final balance.

Extras

Additional services are available and must be requested at the time of booking or well before arrival:
Additional cleaning, cook, meal and breakfast service, baby sitting, welcome pack on request (first stock up), activities on the domain carry a supplement payable locally.

The rental rate includes
The rental of the property for up to 14 people.
Beds made up on arrival.
Bed linen and towels (excluding pool towels) including 2 towels per person.

Payable locally
Security deposit: 1500€ payable locally (swipe card not cash).
Holiday tax (taxes de sejour). For information the cost in en 2014 was: 1.1€ per person (free for under 13) and per day. This may vary for 2015 season.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking the party leader must do so immediately in writing or by email to the owner or their representative and Select Villas.

Please comply with these instructions before leaving the property
The property must be left clean: kitchen, dishes clean and put away, ovens and gas hobs cleaned, fridges emptied and cleaned.
Bins must be emptied and placed in the designated bins located in the car park.
All linen put together in the utility room.
On departure, all furniture must be left as found on arrival.
Failing that, a 250€ charge may apply.

Check-in
Saturday between 5pm and 7.30pm
Checkout on Saturday before 10am

Special requests and comments
If you have specific requirements and they are an essential condition for your holiday you must email Select Villas with details and obtain written confirmation that your requirement can be met before making your booking. If you do inform us at the time of booking we are entitled to assume that any such requirement is not in fact an essential condition of your booking.
