“Second Visit, as good as the first! Our second visit to Ty Cedrik did not disappoint. The villa on arrival is clean, tidy and very comfortable. (For this visit the kitchen had a second fridge, which was the only thing we struggled with on our first visit, as we didn’t want to visit the supermarket each day.) Ty Cedrik is in a great location, it is very peaceful, and we were always mindful that there are residential neighbours who probably work during the day. The kitchen is well appointed, the bedrooms are all good size, with two sofa beds in the 6th bedroom which we used as we are party of 12.This year we were blessed with good weather, but even if you have rainy days the indoor pool will save the day. If you like walking there are some great coastal paths to local beaches, coves, villages and ports that start just beside the villa. Great places to visit locally, Concarneau is fun, but avoid market day (Moelan Sur Mer has better one), Doelan has a couple of bars within a 20 minute walk, Port Aven is worth a trip to buy some biscuits and take in the views, Quimperlé has the best large supermarket (E Leclerc), but the local town of Clohars-Carnoet has a good enough small supermarket (Carrefour Express) which is open on a Sunday morning, so very handy for a Saturday evening arrival. We have holidayed in France for years and years, and have been all over, we plan to return to Ty Cedrik in 2024, it really is that good.”

“We had a great holiday at Villa Ty Cedrik. We appreciated it for its space, heated indoor pool, south-facing terrace, pool table, barbecue and its small sea view. The area is beautiful with its unspoilt natural landscapes. The beaches are not very far away. We just regretted the lack of sound insulation of the doors of the rooms and the lack of coat rack. The key holder is very pleasant and very punctual. In conclusion, we had an excellent holiday and keep your address for a possible next stay.”

“We had an amazing time thank you. Ty Cedrik was just what we were looking for. I think that we would very likely book again, currently we are looking for the last two full weeks in August next year. We are waiting on our friends to confirm. I am an independent Management Consultant and currently under contract as an Estate Manager here in Dorset and have letting properties that I am responsible for, so I think I offer a balanced approach to feedback. I think the service that you provided was excellent, communication was great and friendly. Ty Cedrik was fabulous, the villa was clean and tidy on arrival, and despite the ferry being delayed, Vanessa was happy that we had kept her informed, and checked us in well on arrival. The area was very pleasant, local epicierie and pizza good, all the villages and walks were fabulous. Beaches delightful. There were some negatives, but please appreciate that most people would never have noticed, but that’s the kind of thing I notice and advice I give professionally.”

”We have returned home, much to our regret, as we enjoyed our stay so much! The area was beautiful, the villa superb, ideal and peaceful location, with its beautiful grounds overlooking the ocean. The equipment room by the swimming pool was well thought out (only a less pleasant and minor point but the high concentration of chlorine made us cough regularly when we opened up the door to the pool). The house was very well equipped and well thought out for several families! It was a delight for us 9 holidaymakers! As for Vanessa the key holder, she was really great and gave us very good advice (only complicated point, given the poor telephone network we had trouble getting hold of her on our arrival) but as soon as she had my message she called me back so great service! As for the administrative side of it with Christophe, he was very good too! Everything was clear, precise and very well organized! In summary we had a beautiful stay but everyone agreed it was too short!! Thank you all for the quality of your services and I hope to have the opportunity to contact you again one day for another holiday.”

“Very quiet rural location, walking distance to small beaches (15 minutes) Nearest village Doelan very beautiful fishing village. Moelan sur Mer for shopping only 10 minutes by car. The villa suited all of our needs. Thirteen of us, ages ranging from 11 to 72 years. Very spacious with plenty of equipment for a large group. Pool table, table tennis table, basketball net and a beautiful swimming pool. Plenty to keep everybody occupied. Happy children, happy parents!! We had a lovely family meal in the restaurant In Doelan. Some of us went sea fishing, the fishermen who took us were friendly and helpful. Our catch included a huge sea bream (25 kilos) and plenty of pouting. We enjoyed our dinner that evening! Didn’t travel too far from the villa everything we needed was close by. The only problem we had was getting the children to leave at the end of our holiday. Thank you, Christophe, Vanessa and Jacques, we will be talking about this holiday for a very long time.”

“Perfect for a large family or group. This property is not cheap but the best never is. We were impressed by the quality of fixtures and fittings. The heated indoor pool was an absolute blessing and although we had fantastic weather it was in use several times each day. There is an abundance of coves and bays of varying sizes within very short driving times and you will be spoiled for choice. The port of Doelan is very close by and is a must but if you want to eat there make a reservation at one of the few restaurants. Christophe was friendly and helpful and Vanessa (agent in France) was extremely helpful and informative. One little niggle (from the children) – the TV only receives French programmes!”

“Brilliant. I’m lost for words to explain our satisfaction. A great holiday and the house met our requirements perfectly. A lovely living area, the best bedrooms, a large pool safe for the little ones and a games room with table tennis and pool for the older kids. We had an excellent holiday. The young woman who welcomed us was very professional and extremely kind.”
