About the Property:
The Domain has over 200 hectares of woodland and 72 hectares of grapevines (68 of them in AOP Côtes de Provence). The estate produces mostly rosé wines (80% – grape variety: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Tibouren), but also reds (15% – Syrah and Carignan) and whites (5% – Rolle and Ugni blanc). The estate was named after the “Demoiselles de Provence” who were the 4 daughters of Raimond Bérenger, last count of Provence and Toulouse (early 13th Century). The daughters gave their names to several places in Provence besides Domaine des Demoiselles. 4 women with royal destinies as each one of them became eventually crowned Queen.
One minute by car to nearest restaurant. 4km from Saint Endréol golf course. It is approximately 30 minutes’ drive to the Mediterranean beaches in Saint Raphael, Ste Maxime and St Aygulf.

- Please note that during the month of September, the ‘vendange’ or grape harvest takes place at the Domain and activity can be seen from the pool side of the property.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Walking trails:
Leisurely walk through the vineyard land surrounding the house. There are three different walking trails: 4km, 6km and 8km long.
Cycling
During your stay, you will be able to rent bicycles on site to explore the estate and surrounding vineyards.
Quad biking
The Squad Company, located on the Chateau estate, offers ATV and Buggy outings. The introduction session is followed by a tour of the area across the vineyards and a halfway break in an unusual amidst the vines. The second half of the excursion will let you explore the wilder and more isolated parts of the estate.
Chateau Ste Roseline (10kms):
Wine estate producing prestigious and renowned wines. A guided tour (90 minutes) of the wine cellars followed by wine tasting can be organized and is worth a detour.
Saut du Capelan, La Motte (5km)
A very pretty and impressive 22m high water fall just outside the lovely Provencal village of La Motte. La Motte and the whole area are very charming and rather green. You will enjoy wondering around the pretty little streets in the village and discover the village’s hidden treasures with its many squares, fountains and market on Friday mornings.

The nearest large market town with lots of opportunities for shopping, enjoying local markets and visiting museums.

Pleasant little town with old streets, squares, old fountains, a great unmissable market on Tuesday and several restaurants.

Medieval Provencal village with great views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards.
Frejus, Saint-Raphael (21km)
This lively seaside resort is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage. You will find some superb Roman remains including a Roman theatre still used for various summer events and one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times.
Salernes (36km)
Small Medieval and artistic town set in the Bresque valley known worldwide for its red hexagonal terracotta tiles made from the surrounding rich red iron filled soil.
Sainte Maxime (27km)
Located on Saint Tropez bay, Sainte Maxime faces the Mediterranean sea on one side and is sheltered from the by the wooded Maures mountains. There is a choice of lovely beaches in and around the resort including the long and sandy La Croisette beach and La Nartelle. There are also private beaches with restaurants available.
Lac de Ste Croix & Gorges du Verdon (61km)
The spectacular Verdon gorges should not be missed. Nearby are several lakes including Sainte Croix and Esparron, a stunning lake of clear, aqua-marine water for amazing swims and a great place to have picnics by. Plenty of water sports available from sailing, windsurfing but also pedalos to the self-drive electric boats or the guided tour of the lake in a tourist boat. Other lakes include Quinson, Artignosc and Castillon with water sport and various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, abseiling and white-water rafting, or simply enjoy the outstanding scenery.

Provence Aventure (17km): Tree top adventure park set in a beautiful oak forest, on the banks of the River Argens. There are a number of courses for everyone to enjoy (age 3+) with various abilities and age groups including a spectacular zip wire 250m above river.
Fréjus Zoo (20km): Situated in the foothills of the Esterel mountains, the animal reserve covers 20 hectares and is visited by car. There are elephants, zebra, primates, pink flamingos, wildcats and much more.
